All products are made to order and are considered final sale.
Samples
We strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing full rolls. Samples allow you to review color, scale, and material in your space before committing to a larger order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity, or preference decisions after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Color & Variation
Color may vary slightly between screens and printed material. As each order is produced on demand, subtle variations can occur between print runs. We recommend ordering sufficient quantity at one time to ensure consistency across your installation.
Installation
We recommend reviewing all rolls prior to installation. We are not responsible for issues identified after installation.
