Because every wallpaper order is printed especially for you, all sales are considered final.

Samples

We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full rolls. A sample allows you to evaluate the color, scale, and material in your own space and under your lighting conditions before committing to a larger order.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantities, or design preference after delivery. If your wallpaper arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Color & Print Variation

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed wallpaper. As each order is produced to order, subtle variations between print runs can occur. For the most consistent results, we recommend ordering the full quantity needed for your project at the same time.

Before Installation

Please inspect all wallpaper before installation. We cannot accept claims for defects once wallpaper has been installed.
