Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier and customs processing.
For U.S. orders under $800, duties are typically not applied. Larger orders may be subject to import fees collected by the shipping carrier. These charges are not controlled by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
All products are made to order and are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity, or preference decisions. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review and resolve the issue where appropriate.

Due to the nature of printed materials, color may vary between screens and physical products. Variations may also occur between print runs.
Customers are responsible for ordering sufficient quantity at one time to ensure consistency across their project.
Installation
